4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense MerchantWords data without permission
- Use automated scraping tools against our website
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or usage limits
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content, data, trademarks, and technology provided by MerchantWords are owned by MerchantWords, INC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the data for your internal business purposes.
7. Data Accuracy
Search volume and keyword data are estimates. MerchantWords makes no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of data and is not liable for business decisions made based on our data.
8. Limitation of Liability
MerchantWords is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerchantWords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
